Amazing service

I recently ordered a spiral tree for my front porch. From the moment I ordered the tree, the communication was from Cypress and Alabaster was incredible. Quick, easy, with automated emails to tell me when my order had shipped, etc. UPS was quickly notified and I got my tracking number. Due to some issue with UPS, the tree was never delivered. Noel was amazing, and immediately contacted me, got it all sorted, and sent a new tree which arrived only a couple of days later. It was quick and seamless - all with a smile. Can't recommend them enough. Will be ordering from them in the future for any of my plant needs. Thanks!
